ATR Prep is a study and revision aid. It is not a substitute for official training, certified instruction, or operational documentation. For all flight operations, your aircraft's AFM, FCOM, QRH, and your operator's published procedures shall always prevail.
Acceptance
By installing or using ATR Prep ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Intended use
The app is intended as a personal study aid for pilots preparing for or maintaining currency on the ATR 42 and ATR 72 aircraft. Content is provided for educational purposes only and is not authoritative for operational use.
No warranty of accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and aligned with publicly available technical material, we make no warranty that content is error-free, complete, or current with the latest revisions of any manufacturer or operator publication. Type-specific procedures, limitations, and memory items can and do change. Always verify against your current FCOM, QRH, and operator manuals.
No operational use
The app must not be used as a reference during actual flight operations or in lieu of certified materials in any training or checking event. Reliance on the app for operational decisions is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camphor Digital and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including but not limited to losses related to flight training outcomes, examinations, employment, or operational decisions.
Trademarks and affiliation
ATR is a trademark of its respective owner. ATR Prep is an independent product of Camphor Digital and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ATR. References to aircraft variants, systems, and procedures are for the purposes of identification and study only.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
